Cooking Classes at the Library!

March 4, 2019

Happy National Nutrition Month! Join us as we kick off new, dietician-led cooking classes in our library branches.

Be Well at NPL connects you to the health information you need through free programming and resources at the library, including nutrition! Developed and taught by local dietician Erin Judge, these new, hands-on cooking classes will increase your confidence to prepare healthy meals that are simple, tasty and affordable. You will leave each class with copies of the recipes, nutrition tips and tricks, suggested library resources, and a cooking tool giveaway! Check out the class links and date listings below to see when Erin is coming to a branch near you.
